Experience Vietnamese cuisine in a whole new way as you are guided through the steps needed to create items off of a typical Vietnamese menu. Improve your cooking skills and widen your cultural horizons as you cook up traditional recipes that are both delicious and aesthetically pleasing. Learn to prepare Vietnamese dishes such as spring rolls, pho soup, seafood dishes, or Vietnamese desserts, guided by professional English-speaking personnel.     I did a group cooking class here which lasted about 4 hrs. First we were introduced to the cook and then we went on a walk about to local fresh food markets (very cool) then back to cook 3 courses which we then sat down and ate - A MUST DO!!!!!
