KOTO is a social enterprise that aims to improve the quality of life for street and disadvantaged youths by providing them opportunities for skill development and empowerment.
Tour revenue will be invested in the KOTO Foundation, which provides underserved youth in Hanoi and Saigon with a 2-year hospitality training program that equips them with a wide range of professional capacities and social skills.

Take a cooking class in Ho Chi Minh City designed for all those interested in discovering the secrets of the Vietnamese cuisine. Discover healthy and tasty traditional cuisine during this hands-on experience where you'll learn to use herbs and spices expertly, designing your own beautiful and delicious dish!
Experience Vietnamese cuisine in a whole new way as you are guided through the steps needed to create items off of a typical Vietnamese menu. Improve your cooking skills and widen your cultural horizons as you cook up traditional recipes that are both delicious and aesthetically pleasing. Learn to prepare Vietnamese dishes such as spring rolls, pho soup, seafood dishes, or Vietnamese desserts, guided by professional English-speaking personnel. Take in the smells, textures, and colors that are so distinctive to this part of the world, while also supporting an organization that is helping disadvantaged youth.
I did a group cooking class here which lasted about 4 hrs. First we were introduced to the cook and then we went on a walk about to local fresh food markets (very cool) then back to cook 3 courses which we then sat down and ate - A MUST DO!!!!!
