Green Map System is a nonprofit that has engaged over 900 communities in mapping green living, nature, and culture in order to strengthen local-global sustainability networks and expand the demand for healthier, greener choices.
Tour revenue will be invested in creating new Green Maps, which guide millions around the world to participate in sustainable community development and make climate-smart everyday decisions.

Bike along the neighborhoods most affected by hurricane Sandy and explore sustainability and social innovation sites. Discuss practical responses that increase livability as well as long-term planning options for a more resilient NYC.
