Tour Description

Cultivate team-building as your employees volunteer in a community garden. Your team members complete helpful tasks including reclaiming timber, and building food growing infrastructures (including hydroponic systems and raised vegetable beds). Your team will have the chance to harvest, sow seeds, transplant seedlings, turn compost, feed the digester, and make upcycled signage for the site, trees, and plants. This workshop will get your crew outdoors with one another, teach them new things about environmentalism, and facilitate creative design thinking.
