La Soupe aux Cailloux is a nonprofit organization that works to expand access to healthy eating and uses cooking as a tool for learning, sharing, and reflection.
Tour revenue will be invested in developing cooking workshops and programs so that more people can benefit from a balanced diet and healthy food.

Your visit will make an extra impact! Expect off the beaten path conditions.
Learn how to make a traditional French pastry using environmentally friendly and in-season ingredients and products! Your guide Laura will lead you through the preparation of your delicious treat while teaching you about the foundations of world-famous French cuisine (1.5 hr). Then, taste your pastry and get to know your fellow chefs around a cup of coffee or tea (30 min). Everyone will leave with their own booklet of traditional French recipes so you can continue cooking at home or anywhere in the world!
Additionally, La Soupe aux Cailloux will provide you with a map of Nanterre, so you can continue to explore this city rich in history and culture on your own. Be sure not to miss Mont Valérien, only a couple of bus stops from La Soupe aux Cailloux, where you can take in breathtaking panoramic views of Paris. It’s as remarkable as the view from the top of the Sacré-Coeur, but more intimate and without the tourists!
