Easy (short walking distances, low or no physical effort)
During this workshop, let a talented waste recovery artist or artisan teach you how to make art out of recycled materials! Experiment with new forms and create a range of jewelry and decorative items using unconventional resources. You will have the opportunity to learn different skills like sewing, binding, and welding. Every month, the workshop’s theme will change. When you’re done, bring all your creations home!
This workshop taught me how to see art all around me! It also opened my eyes to my own wasteful habits and how important it is to change them. The wonderful new bracelet I made helps remind me of this everyday!
