What you’ll do
Relax and rejuvenate with a half-day wellbeing retreat alongside your coworkers. Offered in partnership with a renowned East London yoga center, your team will enjoy and reap the benefits of yoga, meditation, delicious healthy eating, and more. A typical retreat will include active and restorative yoga practice (suitable for all levels), pilates, guided meditation, a sound healing session, and a gourmet plant-based meal with unrefined sugar-free sweet treats.
All meals and wellbeing classes follow the school’s philosophy of LOCAL, SEASONAL, ORGANIC, and 100% PLANT-BASED food that’s good for people and planet.
How you’ll make an impact
Revenue will be invested in programs delivering vital cookery classes focused on healthy, plant-based eating to groups in need, such as low income families and individuals, people with long term health challenges, and marginalized communities.
This is a charity and community cookery school, helping people to grow, cook, and eat more plants i.e. local, seasonal, organic and 100% plant-based. Thier cookery themes include dairy-free, gluten-free, and raw foods – food that is not only good for you, but also for the planet, and is overall delicious.
