What you’ll do

Would you like to learn some of the dance moves that made Michael Jackson the sensation he was? How about learning to moonwalk? This online dance class will give you and your team the opportunity to learn a fun and energetic dance style known as "popping" from a professional who uses the same techniques to boost the confidence and self-esteem of Parkinson’s patients. Dance students living with Parkinson’s find that popping improves their body control and reduces the tremors associated with the condition. You can experience the style’s therapeutic effects from the comfort of your own home.

The class will consist of a warm up, a demonstration of the basic principles, a choreographed combination, a freestyle session, and a cool down. It will revitalize your energy and stimulate your team’s creativity. You will get to rock your best moves alongside your co-workers and get funky!
