What you’ll do
In this 1.5-hour customizable meditation experience, your team will achieve deep relaxation through soothing, resonant sound. Along with mindfulness, the vibrational sounds will shift your energy from low to high, helping you to reduce stress, enhance wellness, and reshape your internal connection with yourself. A basic program includes but is not limited to: breathing exercises, sound massage, and vibrational therapy using bowls and gongs.
