What you’ll do

You have been invited to the table for a taste of culture. Diaspora dinners create a space where people are encouraged to think openly about diaspora communities through foods. A team composed of an established chef and a culinary historian collaborate to create a dinner that immerses you, the attendee, in culinary storytelling. The full-service dinner (yes, wine is included) will feature a creatively developed menu reflective of the diaspora community discussed. This experience provides a platform for artists and historians from communities to come together to create an innovative experience to engage with interested and curious attendees to inspire in dialogue over dinner. Please book at least 4 weeks in advance.
