What you’ll do
Take a half-hour and help your team develop leadership skills that will enhance their careers! Patience, empathy, reduced anxiety, and a flexible mindset will not only benefit the individual - they will benefit the entire workplace. This 30-minute meditation session meets your team where they are in terms of experience-level in order to teach tangible ways of controlling stress. This session is, of course, tailored to the unique needs of your workplace.
