7 AM: Pick up at Bogota.
8.30 AM: Stop for a snack at the small village of Viani
10 AM: Arrive at the Magdalena river village of Ambalema and explore the old town.
11:30 AM: Explore Ucrania, the traditional coffee farm in the heart of the Tolima mountains.
12 PM : Get an informative introduction to the coffee region and the process of making it.
1 PM: Enjoy a delicious lunch of Sancocho, a locally-sourced and prepared dish.
2 - 5 PM: Get a comprehensive understanding of the coffee production process -- including harvesting, processing, washing, fermenting, and drying. Guests will have hands-on experience every step of the way.
7 PM Dinner with local delicious food. Cooking class with young farmers.
7 AM: Enjoy a delicious local breakfast
8 AM: Departure for Libano, a bustling coffee town.
10 AM: Stop for a snack at Libano before heading towards Murillo, a town in the cordillera close to Ruiz Volcano.
12 PM: Have a relaxing lunch at Murillo.
1 PM: Depart for Bogota
6 PM: Arrive at Bogota.
