Visit.org is looking for a natural born leader and connector who lives and breathes the NYC nonprofit and social venture sectors. This creative, ambitious NYC Nonprofit Network Lead will work with the company’s leadership team to expand a thriving network of partner nonprofits and social ventures (“Orgs”).

The right candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, extreme passion for nonprofits and their work, and the desire to roll up their sleeves and make the impossible happen. S/he will feel comfortable wearing many hats and leading initiatives to long-term success. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a business mindset who wants to contribute their skills to making a positive impact in NYC and around the world.

Responsibilities
• Research and onboard partner nonprofits and social ventures throughout NYC
• Build and maintain an in-depth knowledge of and relationships with partner Orgs
• Visit partner Orgs around the city
• Attend and organize nonprofit/ social venture networking events
• Support designing, writing, and editing Orgs’ online profile pages
• Initiate and innovate! The crazier your ideas, the better.

Qualifications
• Highly networked within the NYC nonprofit/social venture community
• Understanding of the unique needs of nonprofits
• Highly experienced in relationship building with nonprofits
• 3-5 years work experience
• Comfortable on the phone and ready to talk to new Orgs every day
• Familiar with and excited to work in a fast-paced, highly demanding startup environment
• Self-motivated and ready to hit the ground running
• Ability to prioritize and manage several tasks at once
• Desire to be part of and help build a team

Visit.org is looking for an intelligent, ambitious product management professional to join our team in New York City. This is an opportunity for someone who knows the fundamentals of product management and wants to contribute their skills to making a positive impact in NYC and around the world. Working directly with management to develop this product, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on the company’s direction and future.

Responsibilities
• Manage the full product life-cycle, from research and design through development and release
• Act as product expert/champion when engaging with other business areas
• Own aligning our business strategy and metrics with our product development efforts and lead product development team from design through successful rollout
• Leverage data and collaborate with clients as well as engineering, sales, and marketing team to synthesize feedback, define product direction, and create go-to-market strategies
• Measure the success of features after release and optimize their performance through rapid, data-driven and customer informed iteration
• Pitch in with anything and everything related to building new products

Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in a product role, preferably in a B2B SaaS tech company
• Experience using data to drive decision making
• Experience crafting product requirements and specifications
• Understanding of UI/UX design concepts and principle
• Ability to talk tech and understand databases
• Desire to grow and be part of a team
• Strong product sense and deep understanding of what makes products effective
• Ability to plan and execute work both independently and as a team member
• Self-motivated and willing to handle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Assist partner organizations in building Visit.org activities as needed
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of partner organizations and company offerings in Hong Kong

Qualifications
• Experience working in the Hong Kong nonprofit sector
• Understanding of the unique needs of nonprofits
• Experienced in relationship building with nonprofits
• Sales and marketing oriented
• Comfortable on the phone and ready to talk to new orgs every day
• Familiar with and excited to work in a fast-paced, highly demanding startup environment
