Responsibilities
• Manage the full product life-cycle, from research and design through development and release
• Act as product expert/champion when engaging with other business areas
• Own aligning our business strategy and metrics with our product development efforts and lead product development team from design through successful rollout
• Leverage data and collaborate with clients as well as engineering, sales, and marketing team to synthesize feedback, define product direction, and create go-to-market strategies
• Measure the success of features after release and optimize their performance through rapid, data-driven and customer informed iteration
• Pitch in with anything and everything related to building new products

Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in a product role, preferably in a B2B SaaS tech company
• Experience using data to drive decision making
• Experience crafting product requirements and specifications
• Understanding of UI/UX design concepts and principle
• Ability to talk tech and understand databases
• Desire to grow and be part of a team
• Strong product sense and deep understanding of what makes products effective
• Ability to plan and execute work both independently and as a team member
• Self-motivated and willing to handle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Visit.org is looking for an ambitious Adwords, LinkedIn & SEO Specialist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to contribute their skills to make a positive impact in NYC and around the world. This is a remote, part-time position (~10 hours/week) with the potential to develop into a larger role.

Responsibilities:
• Develop strategies to drive online traffic to the site and boost conversions via LinkedIn and Google Adwords
• Plan, develop and implement SEO strategy
• Utilize the full potential of Google Analytics to derive and implement meaningful actions
• Work with relevant teams to properly implement SEO best practices
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on insights
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

Qualifications:
• Proven work experience as a digital marketing manager/specialist/strategist, ideally in a fast-paced B2B environment
• Demonstrable experience in leading and managing LinkedIn and Google Adwords campaigns
• Experience with planning and implementing a successful SEO strategy
• Experience with optimizing landing pages and user funnels
• Ability to interpret marketing data from Google Analytics and AdWords
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Self-directed, motivated, and proactive

Timeline & Commitment:
This is a project-based, freelance, part-time position (~10 hours/week).
