Visit.org is looking for a hungry, ambitious account executive to join our team in New York City. The account executive will work with the leadership team to strategize, implement, and test different sales approaches. The right candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, extreme passion for our mission, and the desire to roll up their sleeves and make the impossible happen. This is an opportunity for someone who knows the fundamentals of sales and wants to contribute their skills to making a positive impact in NYC and around the world.

Responsibilities
• Help expand our sales pipeline and optimize our sales process
• Play a role in establishing both short-term results and long-term strategy
• Grow new business for both established clients and new targeted sectors and clients
• Own the sales cycle from lead to close; including but not limited to qualifying prospects and performing product demos
• Build relationships with potential customers
• Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of the Visit.org platform, industry trends, and competition

Qualifications
• 8+ years' professional experience in B2B sales or other relevant experience
• Self-motivated and can hit the ground running in prospecting, managing, and qualifying prospects
• Knows how to take a new product to market
• Proven track record of revenue growth achievement
• Creative thinker; comfortable with ambiguity and an environment of constant experimentation and learning
• Ability to gain access and engage credibly within the decision makers in top companies
• Ability to plan and execute work both independently and as a team member
• Familiar with and excited to work in a fast-paced startup environment
• Ability to prioritize and manage several tasks at once
• Desire to be part of and help build a team

Visit.org is looking for an intelligent, ambitious product management professional to join our team in New York City. Working directly with management to develop this product, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on the company’s direction and future.

Responsibilities
• Manage the full product life-cycle, from research and design through development and release
• Act as product expert/champion when engaging with other business areas
• Own aligning our business strategy and metrics with our product development efforts and lead product development team from design through successful rollout
• Leverage data and collaborate with clients as well as engineering, sales, and marketing team to synthesize feedback, define product direction, and create go-to-market strategies
• Measure the success of features after release and optimize their performance through rapid, data-driven and customer informed iteration
• Pitch in with anything and everything related to building new products

Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in a product role, preferably in a B2B SaaS tech company
• Experience using data to drive decision making
• Experience crafting product requirements and specifications
• Understanding of UI/UX design concepts and principle
• Ability to talk tech and understand databases
• Desire to grow and be part of a team
• Strong product sense and deep understanding of what makes products effective
• Ability to plan and execute work both independently and as a team member
• Self-motivated and willing to handle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Join us! Visit.org is looking for a passionate, ambitious LGBTQ/Diversity Impact Intern to join our team in New York City.

Role and responsibilities:

Research and help recruit nonprofits and social ventures supporting people of color, LGBTQ+, and other marginalized communities
Build relationships and assist partner organizations in creating Visit.org experiences as needed
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of partner organizations and company offerings related to LGBTQ+ and diversity & inclusion issues in NYC
Support the development of diversity & inclusion initiatives and events that help companies create a culture of inclusion in the workplace
Track activity and leads in CRM system

Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program
Has experience working in the NYC nonprofit sector and understands the unique needs of nonprofits
Passionate about issues relating to diversity, equity, and social justice
Passionate about how to build a more diverse workforce and inclusive culture
Demonstrates an awareness and sensitivity to the needs and concerns of individuals from diverse cultures, backgrounds, and orientations
Is comfortable on the phone and ready to talk to new organizations every day
Passionate about social good and empowering local communities
Is familiar with and excited to work in a fast-paced, demanding startup environment
Is self-motivated and ready to hit the ground running
Is able to prioritize and manage several tasks at once
Ability to work effectively both independently and as a team member

This internship is unpaid. We highly encourage students who can receive academic credit to apply. You will gain hands-on experience in the operations of a startup while making a positive impact on local communities. We are based in a co-working space in Tribeca.
