Visit.org is looking for a hungry, ambitious Enterprise Sales Executive to join our team in New York. The right candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, extreme passion for our mission, and a track record of success in the B2B enterprise software space. In this role, you will build relationships, foster prospects, nurture the pipeline, and sell Visit.org’s SaaS solutions to enterprise clients. The Enterprise Sales Executive will work closely with the leadership team to strategize, implement, and test different sales approaches. The ideal candidate is motivated by and thrives in an autonomous environment, taking ownership of the sales process - from prospecting to process to closing deals.

This is an opportunity for an experienced sales professional to be a key contributor to the growth of a mission-driven startup and help companies make a greater impact nationally and around the world.

Responsibilities:
• Own the sales cycle from lead generation to closure: foster prospects; build relationships; cultivate a consultative sales approach; manage the sales process through responsive, proactive, and client-focused communication and client management
• Provide consultative selling and recommendations to increase the quality of product and service provided to clients, as well as company offerings and capabilities: act and think like a market expert
• Help expand our sales pipeline and optimize our sales process
• Help establish short-term results and long-term strategy
• Grow new business for both established clients and new targeted sectors and clients
• Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of the Visit.org platform, industry trends, and competition

Qualifications:
• 7+ years’ professional experience in B2B sales or other relevant experience
• Self-motivated and can hit the ground running in prospecting, managing, and qualifying prospects
• Experience selling to HR is a plus
• Knows how to take a new product to market and build out sales operations and processes
• Proven track record of revenue growth achievement
• Creative thinker; comfortable with ambiguity and an environment of constant experimentation and learning
• Ability to gain access to and engage credibly with decision-makers in top companies
• Familiar with and excited to work in a fast-paced startup environment

Visit.org is looking for a passionate and ambitious Toronto Nonprofit Lead to help expand a thriving network of partner nonprofits, charities, and social ventures (“Orgs”). This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a charity/nonprofit background and a business mindset who wants to contribute their skills to making a positive impact in Toronto, ON and around the world. This is a remote, flexible, part-time project for 2-4 months with the potential to develop into a larger role.

Responsibilities:
• Identify and onboard prospective partner charity organizations and social ventures in Toronto
• Visit and vet partner organizations in person
• Assist partner organizations in building Visit.org activities as needed
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of partner organizations and company offerings in Toronto

Visit.org is looking for a creative, ambitious Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for email prospecting; qualifying and processing marketing leads for the sales team; and generating summarized reports of their key findings. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a business mindset who wants to contribute their skills to making a positive impact in the United States and around the world. This is a remote, home-based, full-time role.

Responsibilities
• Research, identify, and qualify accounts using Google, LinkedIn, and other tools
• Build prospect lists based on specified criteria, use emails or LinkedIn messages to reach out to prospects
• Document activity and schedule follow-up actions in CRM
• Produce sales funnel and pipeline reports as needed
• Work with the sales team to implement new sales strategies
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
• 2+ years’ experience in lead generation or related sales activities
• Experience using Salesforce strongly preferred
• Experience working with large sales databases and keeping information up to date in Salesforce CRM
• Strong attention to detail as well as documenting, reporting, and written communication skills
• Ability to problem-solve and identify process efficiencies and improvements
• Familiarity with or ability to quickly learn marketing systems and tools

Role and responsibilities:
• Design, present and implement new marketing and social media campaign ideas
• Support research, production, and promotion of the Visit.org podcast
• Monitor social media platforms for trending news, ideas, and feedback
• Help with the planning and hosting of marketing events
• Research and evaluate competitor marketing and digital content
• Contribute to the creation of mock-ups, email campaigns, and social media content
• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions to come up with new and innovative strategies and ideas

Qualifications:
• Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program in marketing, communications, or a related field
• Knowledge of marketing techniques and social media platforms
• Experience with copywriting, editing, and blogging
