Visit.org is looking for an intelligent, ambitious senior product manager to join our team in New York City. This is an opportunity for an experienced product management professional who wants to contribute their skills to making a positive impact in NYC and around the world.

We’re a startup, so the right candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, experience managing products at early-stage companies, extreme passion for our mission, and of course, the desire to roll up your sleeves and make the impossible happen. Working directly with management to develop this product, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on the company’s direction and future.

Responsibilities
• Manage the full product life-cycle, from research and design through development and release
• Own the product roadmap
• Own aligning our business strategy and metrics with our product development efforts and lead product development team from design through successful rollout
• Act as product expert/champion when engaging with other business areas
• Leverage data and collaborate with clients as well as engineering, sales, and marketing team to synthesize feedback, define product direction, and create go-to-market strategies
• Measure the success of features after release and optimize their performance through rapid, data-driven and customer informed iteration
• Pitch in with anything and everything related to building new products

Qualifications
• At least 5 years’ experience as a product manager, preferably in a B2B SaaS tech company
• Startup experience is a must
• Experience using data analytics tools
• Experience in UI/UX and managing web products
• Ability to talk tech and understand databases

Visit.org is looking for a passionate, ambitious business development intern to join our team in New York City.

Role and responsibilities:
• Help find and qualify new sales leads through online prospecting
• Reach out to potential leads via email and over the phone
• Track activity and leads in CRM system
• Create detailed meeting reports
• Assist with targeted marketing campaigns and content creation
• Participate in sales training sessions and team meetings

Qualifications:
• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in business, marketing, or a related field
• Desire to learn how to build a sales process from the ground up and bring a new product to market
• Desire to gain experience in a fast-paced startup environment, wearing different hats as needed
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as a team member
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Self-starter who can take direction and contribute ideas.

• Compose and edit content for partner nonprofits’ activity pages on Visit.org
• Write, edit, and help create SEO-optimized content for the blog, website, and social media
• Visit and help vet partner nonprofits and social ventures in NYC

Qualifications:
• Experience with copywriting, editing, and blogging
• Excellent writing, grammar, and proofreading skills with thorough attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as a team member
• Experience with SEO and copyediting is a plus
• Desire to gain experience in a fast-paced startup environment, wearing different hats as needed
• Self-starter who can take direction and contribute ideas
• Passionate about social good and empowering local communities

Role and responsibilities:
• Research and help recruit nonprofits and social ventures supporting people of color, LGBTQ+, and other marginalized communities
• Build relationships and assist organizations in creating Visit.org volunteer & social impact experiences as needed
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of partner organizations and company offerings related to diversity & inclusion issues and orther causes in NYC
• Support diversity & inclusion initiatives and events that help companies create a culture of inclusion in the workplace
• Track activity and leads in CRM system

Qualifications:
• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program
• Has experience working in the NYC nonprofit sector and understands the unique needs of nonprofits
• Passionate about issues relating to diversity, equity, and social justice
• Passionate about how to build a more diverse workforce and inclusive culture
• Demonstrates an awareness and sensitivity to the needs and concerns of individuals from diverse cultures, backgrounds, and orientations
• Is comfortable on the phone and ready to talk to new organizations every day

• Is familiar with and excited to work in a fast-paced, demanding startup environment
• Is self-motivated and ready to hit the ground running
• Is able to prioritize and manage several tasks at once
