Tour revenue will be invested in helping the community of Syunik Province grow economically by creating new businesses and training opportunities.

Travel from the Zvartnots airport to a tour at Tatev Monastery, which you’ll reach through a cable car ride. Visit the Khorvirap Monastery, the most visited pilgrimage site in Armenia. Then, visit the Areni winery, a 6100-year-old winery rediscovered in 2007, for a wine tasting and lunch. Later, explore the Cave of Mozrov with your guide before finishing the day with dinner and relaxation in the Tatev village.
Wake up and embark on a hiking tour of 13km from Tatev Village to Aghvani Village. Stop along the way near one of the springs to enjoy a packed lunch. Learn about the Historical Route from Tatev to Baghaberd from your knowledgeable local guide. Next, enjoy an authentic Armenian barbecue dinner with various grilled sides in Aghvani. Stay the night in Aghvani Village with a local family in a homestay and rest up for day 3!
Help an eco-startup with a family based in an eco camp in the Aghvani Village. Then, learn how to cook a traditional Armenian meal with a cooking class taught by a local community member! Enjoy the meal you’ve created and spend the rest of the night relaxing and getting to know your Aghvani host family.
Rise and enjoy your last morning breakfast in Aghvani before a 15km hike to Arajadzor Village. Stop along the way for a picnic lunch and leisure time while listening to stories of Armenia. Arrive in Arajadzor Village in time for a traditional dinner, and spend the night in the ARK’s Dacha Eco-Camp.
Spend the day helping the local community care for a permaculture garden. Enjoy traditional Armenian food for lunch and dinner before settling in for the night at ARK’s Dacha Eco Camp.
Learn about flora and fauna of the Kapan region before a 10km hiking tour from Arajadzor village to Kapan. Enjoy a picnic lunch along the way. From there, travel by bus to ARK’s Kapan Eco-camp. Relax and explore the camp and its natural surroundings before dinner. Enjoy an authentic Kapan dinner before a campfire meeting with the ARK staff and bed.
Join an applied arts class and help design a new hiking trail with markers. Visit the Vahanavank Monastery and Kapan Museum Ethnography in the afternoon before finishing off the day with a guided tour of Kapan city.
Spend your last day visiting historical landmarks on your way back to Zvartnots Airport. Explore the Karahunj, known as the ‘Armenian Stonehenge,’ which dates back to the Late Bronze Age. Then, tour the Noravank Monastery, surrounded by red stone mountains and breathtaking views, before arriving at the airport.
